Welcome to Koops Boutique! Koops Boutique is ran by one woman! We are located in the PNW. Koops Boutique started up two years ago, the plan is to make this full time to let this mama spend more time with her son! If you ever have any questions please reach out. I love to do custom orders as it’s one of my favorite things to make weather it’s shirts or tumblers as those items usually have some kind of meaning behind them. I offer a variety for everyone to be able to shop! We have Branded T-shirts and Car Freshies as well!
